Acceptance 1

I understand that Educator Grants are intended to benefit students during the 26-27 school year. Therefore, if I am awarded an Educator Grant I will order all items for the project by November 16, 2026.

Acceptance 2

If awarded a grant from MPS Foundation, I agree to provide an expense list, copies of receipts, brief summary/reflection of project accomplishments, and project photos to MPS Foundation by June 30, 2027.
